Order Processing and Shipping Information

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Our shipping process involves several steps, including receiving, processing, and fulfilling your order. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible, while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy. Shipping is based on weight and destination. We use FedEx and USPS Priority primarily, but we also ship UPS if you prefer. Unless you tell us otherwise if the shipment is less than 3 lbs. we go with USPS Priority. For over 3 lbs. we ship with FedEx. Why 3 lbs.? Because that is the general threshold where it makes sense financially. Delivery times depend on the destination, but generally, it’s between 3-5 business days.

For international shipments, we primarily ship USPS International which takes between 6-12 business days to arrive. FedEx International takes 2-3 business days but is generally a lot more expensive. Our default is USPS but if you prefer FedEx please let us know.
